Basic charge is £125.00 a day (may be split over 2 half days) for decorating work these new rates apply from 1st January 2022
within a 15 mile radius of Ellesmere Port

Smaller jobs are charged at £10 per hour minimum of 2 hours .Cash only

£130.00 a day any area outside 15 mile radius of Ellesmere Port (by Road) for decorating work

Decluttering work price depends on  level of decluttering required based on time,location and additional storage items required free no obligation quote ,normally same rate as decorating

£50 for a Home staging report
this would highlight areas that needed attention throughout the whole house and garden

North Cheshire,Chester and Wirral areas covered
other areas considered (price on application)

Payment by Cash or Cheque (supported by a current bank card)or paypal

Painting and decorating (decluttering work)

Pressure washing badly soiled areas outside

Shelving and storage containers ,files if required

Flat pack or pre-assembled (build time if flat pack type)

Extra work involved after original quotation
